14-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns

  • You may return any item for any reason within 14 calendar days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Buyer-Paid Return Shipping

  • We recommend using a trackable carrier or purchasing shipping insurance, as lost or undelivered returns cannot be refunded.

Refund Timeline

  • After we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.

PayPal Refunds

  • Standard PayPal refunds take at least 14 days to complete.

  • In regions where local regulations require longer, PayPal refunds may take up to 30 days to appear in your account.

Refund Procedure

  1. Request an RMA: Contact Customer Service within 14 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

  2. Ship Your Return: Affix the RMA label and send your package to the address provided.

  3. Inspection & Notification: We will inspect the items and email you once your return is approved or if we need further information.

  4. Refund Issued: Approved refunds are processed automatically to the same payment account used for the original purchase.
